  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, product defect).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product(s).

4. Refund Issuance:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
