Definitely a game changer
I’ve been sporadically blending food for my son for almost 6 years, using another high profile blender that was recommended by nutritionist. I’ve put off buying a Vitamix, because I didn’t believe a blender could truly puree to a SMOOTH consistency without being strained.
I’m here to tell you that the Vitamix has given me an appreciation for blending for my son’s g tube feedings that I never thought we’d achieve!
When using the blender programming option for “smoothie” I choose the first program to the left of the off position. Sometimes I run it twice just to make sure, but I no longer have to strain (unless I do berries because of all of the little seeds)
This has definitely become a game changer in how my son gets his nutrition. No longer rely on prepackaged poisons!

First Vitamix!
Absolutely loving it so far! Bought it here at Luxe Kitchenware at a discount price. I’ve already made the best smoothie ever and also homemade peanut butter. Can’t wait to try more recipes. It is louder than I anticipated, but who cares lol. I would recommend this product night and day.
